Students illegally in California to get increased access to higher education


Undocumented students’ access to higher education increased Monday as Gov. Jerry Brown signed part of the California DREAM Act into legislation, reports Imperial Valley Press. Brown signed AB130, which allows college students that illegally entered the U.S. to receive privately funded scholarships/financial aid.
