Opponents of allowing in-state tuition for certain illegal immigrants have obtained enough signatures to put the measure on next year’s ballot, a state board formally certified Friday, reports the Washington Post. The Maryland State Board of Elections validated 108,923 signatures in the petition drive, elections administrator Linda Lamone wrote in a letter posted on the board’s website.
