The Future of Remote Work in Higher Education
Colleges and Universities across the country are now faced with learning how to mitigate the longer term concerns for employees working remotely. A large population of workers are working remotely, and likely creating inadvertent risk to the organization that will not start to show up for 12-24 months. In this session we’ll explore how departments are adjusting to the remote workforce, what the future of remote work looks like on campus, and how properly capturing and recording nonexempt employee time is fundamental to supporting new (and existing) policies and requirements.
