“The students are the stakeholders who are best placed to evaluate the quality of their education,” she said. “Through applying qualitatively analyzed feedback, we have made significant improvements to learning, teaching and the overall student experience.”
Kevin Hoffman, president of EvaluationKIT, said in an announcement that using analytics to summarize thousands of student evaluations didn’t just provide a new level of accuracy in understanding what students wanted out of their education, but also saved time for educators.
“This approach presents a much more complete picture of student feedback,” Hoffman said.
