The Indiana Commission for Higher Education is trying to make it easier for students to transfer between colleges and is giving money to colleges based on their performance, the Republic reports. The commission last week approved a new set of standards for Ivy Tech students that would be transferrable to the state’s four-year universities. It also plans to give out $61 million based on performance to various colleges.
