The head of global research connections for Microsoft is “deeply sceptical” that MOOCs will establish a sustainable business model and does not see them as a threat to the campus-based university, The Australian reports.
“They are a dot.edu bubble as opposed to a dot.com bubble,” Tony Hey told the HES.
