The F.B.I. has joined with area police departments to investigate six assaults on young women, including two rapes, near the University of Michigan campus during the past two weeks, reports the New York Times. The assaults have jolted the community of 108,000, which normally would be enjoying the quiet weeks between the Ann Arbor Art Fair in mid-July and students’ return to campus in early September for fall classes…
