Legislation to allow people with concealed handgun licenses to carry guns into college classrooms in Texas has hit a roadblock, the Associated Press report. The measure had been attached to a fiscal matters bill in the Texas Senate. But when the bill was taken up in the House, Democratic state Rep. Mike Villarreal made a parliamentary objection.
