About 10 high school football players from South Effingham, Ga., were handed punishment Sept. 29 for a video that appeared on YouTube, reports the Savannah Morning News. The video showed South Effingham football players performing a rap song that contained disparaging remarks and vulgar lyrics about their cross-county rivals, the Effingham County Rebels.
