George Mason University has tapped Intelliworks to improve the productivity of its recruitment efforts and better manage its enrollment process, BizJournals reports. Rockville, Md.-based Intelliworks builds relationship management software for higher education. After an initial evaluation period, the school has officially signed a two-year contract. "We were desperately looking for a good customer management tool with executive programs. We are using it primarily now for enrollment and communication with alumni," said Roy Hinton, associate dean of executive programs at GMU's school of management.
