In the latest annual survey by Consumer Reports, released Dec. 1, Verizon topped the rankings of major wireless phone carriers in the United States, with Sprint and AT&T tying for last place, reports the New York Times. The survey awarded high marks to Verizon for customer support, voice connectivity, and data services.
