Proposal has $10M oil impact money for ND colleges


A proposed budget for North Dakota’s colleges includes $10 million to help ease the impact of oil development in Williston and Dickinson, the Associated Press reports. The presidents of Williston State College and Dickinson State University say the oil boom in western North Dakota is making it tougher to find and keep employees.
