Big data and analytics programs mean big opportunities

big-data-programsBusinesses are being inundated with information and data, but struggle to make sense of it all. That’s led to a rising demand for data scientists and business analysts.

Unfortunately the skills gap for those kinds of jobs has been well documented. Recognizing this growing need, universities are developing data-oriented Masters programs.

BI Software Insight has built a one-stop resource for these programs. In partnership with each university, we’ve profiled more than 25 of the most prominent big data and analytics degree programs.

Mostly one to two year programs, these degrees help students to think analytically and develop creative problem solving skills. They encourage strategic thinking and foster data-driven decision making.

Students get the opportunity to work with real-world data-sets and projects that prepare them to solve complex problems. Many of these programs have been developed in close partnership with industry leaders such as IBM, Oracle, and SAS. Upon graduation, these data-savvy thinkers are in high demand and ready to make an impact.

These programs help meet the rising demand for data scientists and analysts who are capable of turning data into insights. Universities interested in having their program considered should contact us.
