Coppell, Texas July 6, 2022 – Hall Technologies debuted their Discovery Series during the recent ISE and InfoComm Shows. The Discovery Series offers cost-effective 4K extension with flexible USB and HDMI capabilities for software video conferencing and audio extraction. These kits were designed specifically to address signal extension for multiple participants in classrooms, huddle spaces, or conference rooms.

“Discovery is an HDBaseT Wall Plate Transmitter, and Receiver kit that pairs natively with soft-codec video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, WebEx and more. With both US and UK transmitter wallplate options available, Discovery makes collaboration easy and fluid with support for resolutions up to 4K. In Higher Education applications, Discovery extenders are an ideal solution, supporting both remote and in-person learning. Likewise for Conference Rooms and Huddle Spaces, Discovery provides a simple way to communicate and share ideas utilizing USB peripherals like cameras and speakerphones. Feedback from tradeshow attendees who experienced live Discovery demonstrations, was incredible. We expect Discovery to be a perfect solution for soft-codec video conferencing,” says Ken Eagle, VP of Technology for Hall Technologies.

The Discovery Series is available now in both 1 Gang and 2 Gang wall-plate transmitters and pair with a universal Discovery receiver. Hall also offers a US and UK version of the Discovery 2Gang transmitter. For more information, visit our website at www.halltechav.com.
