Thursday, April 22, 2021: AdmitKard – Edtech that simplifies access to higher education opportunities, has announced counselling more than 25,000 students since last year. During the pandemic when students were facing challenges in pursuing higher education and prospects, AdmitKard enabled students to get more clarity and options. Comparing the number of students applying for counselling in April 2020 to April 2021, the number has increased at 240% percentage on an average.
The startup offers end-to-end support to the students who aim at exploring education abroad. The platform provides students with counselling, application procedures, opportunities in various universities across the globe, aptitude analysis, travel visas, accommodation etc. For students who aspire to avail higher education in other countries but are unaware of the horizons, AdmitKard proves to be a one-stop solution.
“The platform has been providing awareness and clarity to many students over the period. However, due to pandemic students faced a lot of difficulties. The ones who had applied, did not know if their application would be processed anymore. And the ones who were due for admission were stuck when the countries went under lockdown. The fear of losing out on time and opportunity got reflected in the number of queries that were pouring in.
