Stanford streamlines federal proposal submissions with Evisions Cayuse 424

Leading cloud-based application optimizes university’s electronic submission for federal grant proposals with a 99 percent error free success rate

Evisions, Inc., a provider of education and research software solutions, announced Stanford University has identified and selected Evisions’ Cayuse 424 for the electronic submission process of federal proposals through Grants.gov.

Cayuse 424 provides a dynamic, real-time validation engine with an error free rate of 99 percent for first-time submissions. The product’s highly secure environment and world class customer support is critical for submitting large volumes of proposals when millions of dollars in research revenue are on the line. The solution is an integrated component of Stanford’s existing eRA (electronic Research Administration) environment.

The Software as a Service (SaaS) management of Cayuse 424 enables users to remain current with the latest version of the Evisions Research Suite platform automatically. This unique feature routinely initiates deployment of new functionalities overnight to all customers transparently — without any additional licensee fees, consultants or training required.

“It is our simple desire to remove barriers so that the research community can focus on its mission to advance knowledge and make meaningful contributions to the world,” explains Matt McLellan, Evisions President. “We also recognize that not all institutions require our full product suite. Larger clients are able to leverage our Cayuse 424 module to make proposal development, validation and submissions to Grants.gov easier and improve data integrity using a modern SaaS solution.”
