Prospective recruits: Be careful what you tweet, The Houston Chronicle reports. University of Houston coach Tony Levine revealed Saturday that he has dropped three prospects from the 2014 class because of inappropriate remarks posted on social media. Levine did not disclose specifics but said some of the remarks came during class or late at night. “There are certain things you are looking for,” Levine said. “I think it gives you a little insight now into the young man you are talking about becoming a part of your program.” None of the three prospects had been offered a scholarship. During a team meeting Friday night before the start of fall camp, Levine and his staff discussed with players the importance of being mindful what they put on social media.
