Ambassador and Daytona College Show FAPSC Schools New Ways to Deliver a Profitable, Student Centered Bookstore

Session Includes Success Strategies to Help Schools Save Money and Support Students

Melville, NY – July 22, 2013 – Ambassador Education Solutions, experts in powering course materials management and delivery for higher education institutions, is among an elite group of presenters at this week’s 2013 FAPSC Administrator Annual Conference. Ambassador has teamed up with Daytona College for an interactive session that will provide attendees with first-hand perspective on implementing and managing a bookstore that drives student satisfaction, school control and profitability.

Daytona’s Vice President of Operations, Justin Berkowitz, and Ambassador’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, Stuart Grinell, will lead an in-depth discussion on a targeted approach to bookstore operations, sharing lessons learned along the way. Attendees will learn about the impact of partnerships in enhancing booklist management, addressing publisher relations, and improving the student experience, as well as ways to achieve cost savings and a profitable and sustainable bookstore operation.

“As private sector colleges and universities look for more effective and efficient ways to get course materials into students’ hands, there are so many considerations in terms of delivery, inventory, policies, technology, integrations and service models,” said Grinell. “This is a great opportunity for these schools to learn how their peers are navigating bookstore management to better support the needs of students, while at the same time, delivering results that meet the financial goals of the institution.”

“How to Implement, Manage, and Profit from a Student Centered Bookstore Operation” will take place on Thursday, July 25th at 10:30 a.m. Ambassador will also be exhibiting in booth #29 where company executives will lead demonstrations and talk about trends in course materials management and delivery. Ambassador is a long-time FAPSC supporter, as well as a sponsor of the event, which takes place July 24th and 25th in Aventura, FL.

FAPSC, which was founded in 1956, currently works on behalf of all Florida’s career schools and colleges. Licensed by the state, these schools educate 400,000 students each year.
