New mobile app to focus on security

Illinois State University announced the launch of a new application called Bird Watch, which gives security tips and updates on mobile devices, according to the university. “The app will provide an opportunity for students and family members to be more in touch with campus safety and security,” said Chief of the Illinois State University Police Department Aaron Woodruff.
