Clifford, in his DreamDegree video, charges that colleges and universities will compete for DreamDegree students on the site’s Enrollment Central, a sort of web-based marketplace where schools can make offers to students who have earned college credit through DreamDegree courses.
“With us, schools compete and students win,” he said.
David Metcalf, Director, METIL Lab at University of Central Florida’s Institute for Simulation and Training and a DreamDegree cofounder, said the program would prove to be as accessible as any online educational program.
“Student Success results from our personalized education services that are completely free to our students, all driven by our convenient mobile technologies,” Metcalf said. “When colleges and universities compete online for students, the student wins a better opportunity to succeed.”
