Tools4ever and Pajaro Valley School District to present at 2012 CETPA Annual Conference

For the seventh straight year, Tools4ever will exhibit its identity and access management solutions at CETPA.

SEATTLE, Wash., Sept. 11, 2012 – Tools4ever, the market leader in identity and access management solutions, today announced it will again participate in the California Educational Technology Professionals Association (CETPA) 2012 Annual Conference in Monterey, California, from October 16 through 19, 2012.

Tools4ever also is scheduled to participate in the presentation series, “Wiz! Bang! Shizam! Automate Redundant and Bothersome IT Tasks,” in which its customer, Pajaro Valley School District, will discuss the benefits of Tools4ever’s User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA) and Self Service Password Reset Manager (SSRPM).

Pajaro Valley SD recently needed a solution to reduce the overwhelming amount of time it spent handling user account management tasks and resetting user passwords. Tools4ever’sUMRA allowed district leaders to automate the account management process, as well as securely delegate the task to non-technical staff members. The district also implemented Tools4ever’s SSRPM to allow end users to reset their own passwords, drastically reducing password-related calls to the helpdesk.
