U.S. networking giant Cisco on Nov. 9 said it was extending the deadline for acceptance of its $3 billion offer to buy Norwegian video-conferencing company Tandberg, AFP reports. Cisco, in a statement, said it had extended the acceptance period until Nov. 18. It said the terms and conditions were unchanged.
