A Michigan State University student who was brought up on academic charges that she used the school eMail system to send spam said Wednesday that she has received an official warning from MSU, reports the Detroit Free Press. Kara Spencer’s eMail to 391 MSU faculty members about her objection to the school’s plan to change the academic calendar landed her before the student-faculty judiciary on Dec. 2, according to the junior who is majoring in international relations and political theory. She asked them to share their opinions about the proposed shortened schedule.
