Campuses partner to create safety apps

U.S. colleges and universities are teaming up with AppArmor to create custom safety solutions

campus-safety [1]In an effort to increase campus safety, Red River College, UBC Okanagan, Georgian College, Centennial College, and the University of Florida in collaboration with AppArmor [2] have released new custom mobile safety apps.

AppArmor custom safety apps provide all users with powerful safety features and resources for each individual institution. The safety app gives smartphone users instant access to their campus’ safety resources in order to help raise awareness of those services and improve emergency responses in a crisis.
